多くの論文・著書は日本だけではなく2～5カ国語に翻訳され海外で出版されている。
また、臨床を行う傍ら、研究および歯学部学生、歯科医師臨床研修医、歯科医師の教育にも力を注ぐ。

Dr. Toyohiko Hidaka received his D.D.S. degree from Tsurumi University School of Dental Medicine in 1982. From the same university he also received PhD degree in 1st Department of Oral Surgery . He is in private practice since 1986. He is currently a Clinical Professor at Second Department of Comprehensive Care , Tsurumi University. He is a member of the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Academy of Osseointegration, the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry, Japanese Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Japanese Society of Oral Implantology, The Japanese Society of Periodontology and Japan Prosthodontic Society. He is Vice president of Society of Japan Clinical Dentistry, Tokyo branch and is also board member for Osseointegration Study Club of Japan. Dr. Hidaka has published several clinical articles and books in areas of esthetic solutions, implants, and prosthetics and has been a guest speaker of several conferences and scientific meetings.
