治療後、4年経過。
左右下顎5番の先天欠損症例
Twenty-year old woman. Four years ago, she was treated for congenitally missing bi-lateral lower second premolars.
第２症例左側正中歯にインプラント治療を行った。21歳、男性。 術後、4年が経過している。
経過は、良好である。
骨移植施行症例。
Twenty-one-year old man. Four years ago,he received a left upper central incisor implant using the GBR technique.
There is good esthetic harmony with no gum recession.
There have been no problems.

歯槽部GBR、Sinus Lift
そして1本埋入・仕上げでした。治療期間12ヶ月
術後5年経過
Twenty-three-year old woman. She received a bi-lateral sinus lift procedure with bone graft after alveolar-ridge bone remodeling.
Then, two implants were installed, one at site 16 and the other at site 25.
Total treatment, from beginning to setting the final crowns, took twelve months.
This photo shows the mouth condition of site 16 five years after the final crown was set.
第４症例40歳・男性
上顎Fullの症例です。
口腔内全体の歯牙が、残根や重度の歯周病になっていたため上の歯を全抜歯して、インプラントにしています。
術後4年経過（2008年10月現在）。
左右頬骨インプラント使用。
Forty-year old man. Full upper edentulous case.
The patient came for anterior teeth treatment. However, he had very severe periodontitis in the entire upper jaw, and many teeth were in C4 condition.
As a result, all upper teeth were extracted and two zygoma implants were installed as well as five ordinary implants.
This is the mouth condition four years later. There have been no problems.

術後、４年6ヶ月の所見です。（2008年10月現在）
GBRとSinus Liftを併用
安定した状態を示している。
Forty-one-year old woman. This patient received one implant installation with sinus cavity bone graft procedure at site left upper first premolar. This is the mouth condition four and a half years later, after final crown set.
第６症例54歳男性
初診：2004年2月
上下顎欠損症の方です。
過去に、インプラント治療の経験があり、当院で上下すべての治療を希望し、来院されました。
下顎は、5本のインプラントで、即時加重を、上顎は6本で頬骨インプラントを行いました。
Fifty-four-year old man. Full upper and lower edentulous case.
Five implants were installed in the lower jaw with immediate loading in 2004. Two months later, two zygoma implants and four ordinary implants were installed.
This is the mouth condition four years later. There have been no problems.

Sixty-five-year old man. Four implants were installed in the lower jaw. This is the mouth condition 18 years later. There have been no problems. (This man, my father, was my first implant treatment patient.)

Chief complaint: Implant treatment for upper anterior tooth.
Past history:
After a fall in kindergarten he received a tooth crown on the right upper central tooth. After the tooth was extracted 17 years ago, he was given a partial denture. Now he had come to our clinic seeking a second opinion on implant treatment on the same site.

First visit mouth conditions indicated vertical and horizontal concavity of right upper central region.

欠損部の唇側部の歯槽骨が、大きく凹んでいる、骨の欠損所見が見られる。

欠損部は、21番左側上顎中切歯の1本だけで、残りは存在しています。
